1 – 30 June 2007 A delicacy for the season, the much-desired Blue Fin Tuna can be savoured at Nadaman throughout June.

Available for dinner, choose from a la carte or set menus.

Valued by many for its delicious dark red meat, it is recommended this prized fish is consumed raw, dipped with a little soy sauce mixed with wasabi, and served with thinly-sliced pickled ginger.
