The Women's Cooking Club was established by Winnie Ruan seven years ago to provide a forum for expat women to meet, share experiences and learn more about authentic Chinese cooking. Demonstrations and hands-on classes occur monthly followed by lunch and a bit of informal chit-chat.

Women's cooking club was established by Winnie Ruan 7 years ago (2001) in Shanghai; it was created to provide a forum for expat women to exchange and to learn about authentic Chinese cooking. Winnie's love for food and cooking brings joys to many of those who attended the classes. The monthly classes are offered in either demonstration or hand-on style, followed by a delicious lunch where participants get the opportunity to meet and talk.
