This cooking school hosts workshops spanning Sichuan, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Thai, Indonesian and Indian cuisine styles. There are also pastry classes, seasonal classes (such as hairy crab lessons in the autumn) and wet market tours, where newbies learn about navigating Shanghai's local markets.
