As a newly established trendy cooking class studio, “Passionate Chef” Shanghai, it offers cooking classes with various cuisines of Chinese, Thai, Italian, fusion… supply and co-host different parties, theme activities, team buildings, corporate events…

With a gorgeous view of the bund, locates 10 minutes walking distance from the famous Yu Garden (Cheng Huang Miao), neither far from the Pearl Tower and either side of the bund… the studio can easily be arranged as part of your tour, something to savor and remember your time in China, or, a fun and unique activity to treat yourself.

The “Healthy eating section” will start since this new year, from the third week of January (Jan 10), 2008, every Thursday, for 8 weeks. Get to know more—we combine cold dish, hot dish, soup, easy workday dish, dessert and others in each session, not only vegetarian, but other varieties too – so you can eat healthy but still have meat. Please call to discuss with us if you wish to attend the session some other time.

Living in such a city as Shanghai could be intimating, knowing the right people may help to warm up in many perspectives. Every first and third Thursday of each month, we gather small-medium group of various single people and share some quality time in the bund-view studio.

From 21.30 to 00.30, by 80rmb, you will enjoy snacks/appetizers, beer, cocktails, wine, great conversations and laughs… it’s not a match making session, you could meet activities members, sports buddies, interesting people to hang out, business partners, friends… however, of course, possible dates.

Have lived in Shanghai for 2 years. Had a friend in town and on a whim we signed up for one of Lotus's classes. Turned out being one of the highlights of my friend's trip to China. Our class had 4 people...small enough for plenty of one-on-one time and for me to ask (embarassing) questions about ingredients and other things I should have learned years ago!!

Highly recommended..
