order: the beef satay hotpot, fujian fried rice, black pepper beef fillet (really good), shao rou (don't forget to mix up the mustard and the other sweet/salty sauce), crispy fresh milk dunked in sugar (i've had better but i haven't found any other place that serves it in shanghai), e-fu noodles with mushrooms (wait for it to cool down so the sauce thickens).
