That's too bad. I've always enjoyed Charme but it is definitely verging on a more fusion style of Cantonese fair, blending influences from other Chinese cooking styles as well as Western. Though I can see how those looking for a traditional dim sum experience could be disappointed. I do think they have some damn good Hong Kong milk tea though. If you can think of places with better dim sum, recommend them! We'd love to test them ourselves.

Overall pretty disappointing. It had more of a Chinese coffee shop feel to it than a Cantonese restaurant. Can think of many places with better dim sum.
