The process is fairly simple. You have to commit to buying eight 120g jars a week (RMB10 per jar). You also have to pay RMB150 deposit for the glass jars (it's RMB25 if you lose / break one). Think old school milk delivery ... you put the glass bottles outside your door and they leave new ones. The same thing happens here. They deliver each week (all over the city) on set days at certain times. If they come too early for you, you can do the old milk routine and leave the jars outside the door! Ta da. Fresh yogurt, each week, every week.
The owners, Philippe and Anno, are extremely nice as well. You'll see them out at almost every farmer's market with a smile on their face. Drop by and say hello. Philippe has an uncanny ability to remember people's names and faces. Great people, great product!
