Service very bad.It took almost 2hrs to have 3 cold burgers and some cold french fries.

compared with sherpas's manu, seems more restaurants on it. tried it last weekend, so far so good. I like his promotion: get 2 evain water for 1st order.

One of the worst home delivery experience ever...would normally use Sherpa services (which are excellent) but got "dial a meal" booklet in my mail box so gave it a try... Well, first and very last time!
After more than an hour waiting, I got to call them to enquire about my order...to which the only staff working at the call center, politely replied that they were very busy and the courrier couldnt find my place...fair enough, asked her to get the kuaidi to call, He did but was not lost at all, simply on the way...already very late... When my order finally reached my appartment, after nearly an hour and half...the courier assured me it was still warm...well, checked on the spot and it was everything BUT warm! so... late and lying...I refused the order and asked him to get me an other one to which he replied that they were too busy and couldnt take my order (as it would most likely be cold again...) This is just not acceptable and I strongly warn anyone that woud like to give it a try!
