This place is a solid Henan homestyle food. And seriously, where else can you get Henan style grub in this town. The hand shredded chicken ( 手撕鸡), although not particularly hygenic sounding, is a house special and must try. I'd recommend the liangpi or a cold noodle dish over the fried ones. Dumplings are solid here. Overall a good place for when you need that Northern-style vinegar rush.
