This hole-in-the-wall noodlery doesn't boast much in the way of decor with red Formica tables and slightly greasy white tiled walls. But, as the rows upon rows of slurping locals will attest, the steaming bowls of handmade noodles in cilantro, cumin and scallion topped beef soup are cheap, customizable and delicious.
