This restaurant is receiving yet another award this January from Food&Wine China for being one of the top 50 hotel restaurants in China. The high-end fusion fare found here is highly praised. Try out Chef Paul Pairet's foie gras opera which our very own The Dish columnist, Crystyl Mo, describes as "a multi-layered chocolate, passionfruit and goose liver 'cake.'"
