The gold standard for foreigners and perhaps Chinese as well, the service at this venue is sympathetic to newbies and all the branches have a stylish interior. It may not be Mongolian lamb shank you're getting and the prices match up accordingly, but don't be deterred. The hearty communal experience derived from a two-broth hot pot stuffed with delicious fatty meat is well worth it. Perfect for a communal feast for kings.

Always pleasant and the assortment of sauce condiments is great. Its good that they allow you to mix/match your own sauce. The broths are good and price wise - its value for money as you're assured of a clean environment and that broths and food is fresh. (always wary of going too cheap as not sure what goes into the broths!) this is a safe bet for an enjoyable hot pot.
