Curry lamb, chicken, naan and curry are the typical servings you expect to find at an Indian fare eatery. The Indian-styled oil paintings and decor are ready for you to marvel over while munching on your roti and choice of toppings from meat to sweets.

Of course there are better Indian restaurants in town, but instead of having all-you-can-eat and drink for 88 kuais (lucky price !!) you'd be able to afford only 2 samossas there. So go for it ! Cheap and funny, great for large groups.

this place is awesome. attentive service, fresh and hot food and you don't have to beg the wait staff for another cold beer. thanks!

Nope, the food wasn't good. The chicken tikka dishes were good (though the waiter talked us into way too many). The curries were mediocre. The naan was downright terrible.
Fun place because of the dancing, but there's much better Indian food in Shanghai.

Every night this place serves an all you can eat buffet/ all you can drink beer or soda for 88rmb/person. We've eaten there twice and the food was great both times. The cooks are in an open kitchen, and keep the buffet stocked with fresh food all night. They don't seem to mind if you stay and drink awhile after eating, which makes this an extra good deal. Lastly, the bartender will get up on a little ledge and dance now and then to pop indian music.

Don't let the outside fool you - go on up, the place is great. As other reviewers point out, you can get better Indian food else where, but you can't beat the deal (I think the price has gone up to 98 RMB - still a great deal)! Our 4 year old daughter loves it here - the staff is great and sometimes there is even a "show".
