Located on the top of the Sheraton hotel with sweeping views of Shanghai, the kitchen here is run by Simonetta Garelli, formerly of Relais Chateaux Villa Del Quar, a two-star Michelin restaurant in Verona. The tiramisu is not to be missed. Expect fine dining and a check to match.
