Small and inviting, this is the place for unpretentious Italian home cooking. The menu is fairly standard but dishes are prepared with the deft hand of an Italian grandmother. Only a handful of tables are scattered neatly on the first and second floor, making this a cozy choice for couples.

the dim light, soft jazzy music, oak style furniture have brought a great ambience to this resto.
services are attentive with some waitresses speak basic english it helps a lot while ordering.
foods are delicious, fresh salad, lamb, chicken, and seafood spaghetti is the best there, house wine is nice and crisp (while they also provide better wine with higher price).
overall comparing to the price, it is "the" place to go for any occasion.

A nice low key place to go for just the two of you. Good food, reasonable prices, and a really nice atmosphere.
Must go back again actually, it's so low-key that I'd forgotten it was there until today.

I heard a lot of good reviews about this place. So I went there first time on my birthday. It was a lovely cozy place. An old house hidden in the small street near Huaihai. Not many tables .Good service. I got a good spot at the window as I told the staff when making a booking that it is my Birthday :)
About food ... hmmm. It was ok though. NOT fancy as what I have thought. The taste is more like home-cooking which actually is what their highlight. I had a foregrass wrapped with beef steak. It was ok. Seafood is quite good. But should have been more taste. The dessert is good.
When it comes to the bill - - totally worth money. Not TOO $$$$ .
Going back again? - - not so sure...
