I went a few times for lunch and it was always too noisy and busy. Once I waited over 30min and they forgot my order but kept telling me it was coming.
I like the lunch choices but the quality of the set items isn't great. Rough around the edges where it really shouldn't be for a chain of this size.

This is my benchmark lunch japanese restaurant. The food is always consistent and it comes fast. The service staff here is the best in Shanghai in terms of friendiness. You can't go wrong in ordering the daily set lunches. Dinner prices is a bit steep.
