This Korean seafood restaurant is on a long street full of other Korean and Japanese seafood restaurants, all the way down in MinHang district. It's a hell of a trek to get down there and most of the stuff they serve is pretty average fare, so why bother? Three words: live baby octopus.
You won't really taste much, it'll move around in your mouth, and you'll feel weird about it for months but, as dining experiences go, it's a pretty memorable one.
Bear in mind you need to phone ahead for live octopi, usually a day in advance. There are proper restaurant tables downstairs, but most people head upstairs for the low tables and cushions on the floor where the waitresses will help you prepare your eight armed friend.
