greasy letdown the food and service at el cubano jing'an were terrible. the last time i checked traditional cuban food does not include a massive portion of crinkle-cut fries. the namesake sandwhich omitted the sliced ham, yellow mustard, pickles, and swiss cheese (to accompany the roast pork). what remained was a painfully dry disappointment. the fried plantain sandwhich was no better as the plantains were wet greasy sponges surrounding the aforementioned pork. service was absent minded and became irritable when simple things like an additional menu and another drink were requested. maybe the other location is different. stay away from this one.
