One of the best hairy crab specialty restaurants, Ling Long Ge serves hairy crabs all year round, with crabs imported from Denmark when they are not in season in Shanghai. The restaurant only provides private dining rooms, in all sizes. For those who doesn't know how to tackle hairy crabs, Ling Long Ge's white-gloved staff will gladly open and get out all the meat and roe for you right in front of your eyes. Kind of on the pricey side, just be careful when you order other seafood like steam fish etc. with seasonal prices.
