Food is great - spicy, salty, oily and flavourful. Here's one winning combination (among many): roasted mutton coat-ribs, mapo tofu, chinese cabbage with garlic and glass noodle, fried string beans with minced meat, dan dan mian noodle. On other occassions we enjoyed grilled cod with peppers, pork ribs with corn, cold glass noodle, sour beans and seasonal crayfish.
