I've been to loads of massage places in the city, since I rank cheap massage up there as one of the top best things about Shanghai and one of my favorite activities ever in the whole history of the universe ever. I'm pretty happy with most places I go to, unless the person doing it is a real dud, but that's rare.
But, you've not had a massage until you've had a TWO PERSON massage at the Dragonfly. I swear, this is the closest I've come to heaven on earth, it was marvelous. I wasn't even bothered by the hacking cough of the patron in the adjacent room. And this Dragonfly location is a real treat for us Hongqiao-ren - it's close to everything on Hongmei Lu where, if you live out here, you spend an incalculable amount of time. I've even bought some of the knick-knacks they sell in the waiting room and actually rather liked them once I was home and out of my post-massage stupor.
Maybe they could try a three-person, four person massage? I could then die.
