Stroll past the functional art galleries and anime-inspired gift shops and you'll stumble across this place, a great spot for those who want to groove to electronica without being suffocated by fog or blinded by strobe lights. Prices aren't too exorbitant (¥35 for a beer) and the menu offers a wide variety of alcohol, juices and even a few mar t inis. There are still a few bugs to work out, though. The smooth, subdued lighting around the dance floor is broken up by the perma-lit storage room and the blinding halogens trained on the as-of-yet poorly stocked bar. With luck they'll be up to speed soon; the open layout, friendly staff and great music selection make it a welcome addition to the city's over-glitzed nightlife scene.
