Description -
Also known as 1068 (because the door no. is 1068 Xikang Road?), it's a KTV venue frequented by locals and foreigner alike. Interior decor is a bit on the tacky side, and slightly run down now. Sound systems inside the boxes are a bit old. However, on the plus side, it hosts a range of hostesses from across the board. You can find beautiful lasses from North to South of China, some of whom are fluent in English, Japanese and Korean to cater for the international clientele nowadays.

Been there recently to seek and console affected fellow compatriots from the Sichuan eathquake region. And by chance, the hostess picked was from Mianyang, Sichuan. Got to know that her family back home had a lucky escape from the quake, but their house has completely crumpled by the force of the tremor. However, from her own accounts of the situation there, due to efficient rescue and aid by the PLA and authorities, they are now accomodated in pre-fab housing and getting meals 3 times a day. We had a good night of chat and also sing song, wiping dry our tears and singing songs to boost our morale, hoping for a speedy recovery and better days ahead for Sichuan, definitely good Karma...Go! Sichuan! Go! China!
