On the top floor of the Peace Hotel looking out over the Pudong skyline, this sepia-tinged bar decorated with pictures of famous visitors brings one back to 1930s Shanghai opulence. Although there are no specialty drinks, the prices are reasonable as history is the main draw for a mostly out-of-town clientele, with the old-time jazz band completing the nostalgic effect. Perfect for a trip back in time.
