Bar Hulu, sitting on a perfect location on the Bund, has amazing views from the outside terrace and a lively crowd in the inside lounge. The drink list is extensive but the prices are some of the pricier I've seen in all of Shanghai. At the least, it's a great place to have a drink and take in Huangpu River and the Pudong skyline.
