Formerly known as the International Mother’s Support Group, this self-proclaimed “community of international parents and children” boasts 400 members who meet in various baby and toddler groups in Puxi and Pudong. The baby group meets every third Friday while the toddler group meets every second and fourth Friday of the month.
If you are a new mom or dad to Shanghai, or pregnant, and looking for a place for you and your kids to meet other parents and kids, Peas and Pods is just right for you. Our members come from all over Asia, Europe and the United States. There is a library of parenting books as well as story books are available in various languages for borrowing. Other than play activities, there are songs, arts and crafts as well as invited speakers. Please email imsgshanghai@hotmail.com for meeting dates and location.
