Practically teleported from the streets of NYC, satisfy your craving for cheese and carbs by indulging in a greasy slice that’s light on the wallet but heavy on the satisfaction. Entertaining a crowd? Whole pizzas can be made and delivered if you're in the area. On the go? You can also grab pizza by the slice.

ALWAYS GOOD. Pizzas and Calzones are great and the service is fantastic!!!! We love it! Price are also good... high quality
I went to this restaurant a while back and ordered a slice of pizza (love that I can get a slice of pizza versus a whole pizza) and it wasn't too bad. I decided to order from them a few nights ago, thinking I would have a pleasant experience.
I loved that I could get any toppings and it didn't affect the pizza. Thinking this was awesome, I ordered almost all the toppings and waited for it to arrive (I live only 10 minutes away from the restaurant). I waited one hour and 15 minutes. By the time I got my pizza, it was cold, the cheese had congealed, and there was little to no sauce on it. It was horrid. I tried to make the best of it and covered it with some ranch, but it didn't help.
Will never do delivery from here again!
I was attracted with good prices to order few times from New York Pizza at Kerry Parkside - Shanghai Phone number 20222198. On their menu they don't have email address so this is the only way for me to express displeasure with their service.
1. First time they would allow me to order at 9:50 as delivery boy might take more than 10 min to deliver (they stop delivery at 21:00).
2. Second time they delivered pizza in 1 hour and 40 minutes the girl didn't want to come to door We had to go by the building entrance to claim pizzas as it was her first day at work and difficult to carry pizzas to elevator. She was late as she needed to walk to deliver. Pizzas were smashed with dirt in it and peace of metal in the doe the one probably from the metal brush they use to clean stow.
3. Third time (tonight) wen we called they didn't have big pizza asked us to order 2 smaller ones which would of course be more expensive deal.
In all this time they don't have a system to register customers - every time you call need to give all the information as if you order the first time.
I hope management fires all the crew and themselves and close this shop ASAP before they cause poisoning of customers.
This shop was great example how NOT to conduct the business.
I'm a fan of NYSP - the Jinqao location in particular, but this NYSP location is still figuring things out. Have ordered several pizzas at this restaurant (one pizza, they trashed because the cook badly mangled it) and the trimmings were woefully sparse; the artichoke pizza had a few random pieces of artichoke - practically specks; though, the menu brags otherwise. The calzones were big, gooey bags of bland and undercooked cheese with similarly rare and small (and less than fresh) pockets of ricotta. I think the cook is a cook in training. So far, stick to the basics - cheese pizza - and don't take the menu wording as truth.
Service is eager and friendly, but way too curious; eery when you are the only person/s in the restaurant and all 8 employees, standing within feet of your table, are staring at you from the moment you arrive until you leave.
I'll try them a few more times because I believe they can get it right, but a coupla more strikes and I'm outta here!
