I called Secret Garden at the last minute from Beijing. I didn't know what flowers to buy and had to get them to my girlfriend before an important event. The staff quickly had someone assist me in English, who turned out to be very friendly and helpful. Since they don't take credit cards over the phone, they agreed for me to come in later (when I visit Shanghai for work) and pay for the flowers then. My experience was pleasant and I'd recommend them to a friend.
