Shanghai Trianthlon Club (STC) are not a professional sports promoters, we are amateur triathletes. Since our club was founded in 2004.05, we have spent our time, energy, and efforts to serve anyone who is interested in triathlon in Shanghai, even in China.

hey i do a lot of runnin back in the UK. I am looking to increase my fitness and try new things. I have only even run a half marathon but for me, thats enough hehe.
