went to Zaffraan for lunch, great concept but terrible execution. the food was just not good, they only have 3 entrees on the a la carte menu, the set menus are completely boring (pasta on a so called thai/vietnamese/indian restaurant?!? maybe they couldn't find a cheaper option), no drink menus, no free water... just a complete rip off. no wonder the place was deserted. I'm not sure what the other restaurants look like, but if they can't get this one right, my guess is that the others aren't much better. I won't spend money to verify though.
