Work for Us
Working for City Weekend is one of the most rewarding ways to get to know Beijing or Shanghai. We run a tight ship and are widely considered the most professionally-run English-language entertainment magazine in town. We’re looking for editors with at least a couple years of professional writing experience, native English-language ability and conversational Chinese. Top notch organizational and communication skills are musts as well. Digital media experience is highly favored as well.

City Weekend is always hiring interns in Beijing and Shanghai. As a CW intern, you definitely are not making coffee or fact-checking listings.
